Our staff will always consider our patients’ circumstances when handling their bookings. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure our clinical resources and staff are allocated to provide the best possible care on time.

Our practice requires 48h notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We will send you a courtesy reminder (sms or email), but it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember their appointment date and time.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours prior to original booking, cancellation fee of $50 may be charged. Our “failed to attend” fee is $50. When multiple cancellations have occurred, we will require the cost of the treatment prepaid upfront as a deposit at the time of booking.
